Who am I?
I am a former special education teacher with a master’s degree in special education from NYU. I taught in the special needs classroom for about 12 years and have homeschooled/unschooled my kids for the past 10 years. When I started homeschooling my neurodivergent kids in 2014, I quickly saw the need to help other parents like myself who were homeschooling special needs kids. I began creating videos for YouTube, and after 6 years of creating content and reviewing curricula for different companies, I decided to make it more personal and started my business. Now, I provide homeschool evaluations for Virginia, special needs homeschool consultations, PDA coaching for parents, and special needs tutoring. In my free time, I love to hike and binge-watch Netflix shows.
